I’m Navneet. I study
why good B2B service
businesses don’t always
get the right leads.

I run a marketing agency in Mohali, India, with a team of 50+ specialists. This
site is where I write down what I learn about how service companies get found,
understood, trusted and contacted.

Where the question came from.

For years my team has helped companies get found in search. Across many of them I kept seeing the same thing: a good service business, plenty of enquiries, and few from the buyers it wanted.

The usual answer is more traffic. I stopped believing that. The companies with the wrong enquiries were often visible enough. What buyers found, on the website and everywhere else, did not explain what the company was best at or who it was for.

So I treat it as a question to study, and I write about B2B service businesses only: agencies, consultancies, IT services, logistics and fulfillment providers, staffing firms, accounting and commercial law firms, and companies like them.

Five things I believe, for now.

Start with the buyer and their situation, and let the keyword follow.

Say what you are best at. A long list of everything helps nobody choose.

I don’t have all the answers, and I change my mind when the evidence does.

Ten enquiries you can serve are worth more than a hundred you can’t.

What this site is, and how I work.

Two readers. Everything here is written for the human buyer and for the AI agent some buyers now use to research and contact providers.

A notebook first. Most of what is here is free: the notes, the weekly email and one practical check a day on Instagram.

One email a week. Three checks for your B2B service website, with wording you can copy.

Client work is done by my team.  I set the strategy with them and join the first call. A project lead and specialists run each project and the regular calls.

No promises about rankings or AI answers. I tell you what I see, what I would check and why.

One company, three services. I also lead a white-label team for agencies and an SEO service for small businesses. See what I run

Follow the thinking. One email a week.
